Terms of Service

By using MyToolPantry, you agree to use the service lawfully and to review important results before relying on them.

Utility results

Calculators and other tools provide informational estimates. Financial results are not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Timers and alarms depend on the browser and device remaining available; do not use them for safety-critical timing.

Subscriptions

Pantry Plus, Pantry Pro, and Pantry Max are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. The selected monthly or annual price, any trial period, renewal terms, and payment requirements are shown before checkout. You may cancel through the billing portal; access continues through the applicable trial or paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Except where law requires otherwise, completed billing periods are non-refundable.

Workspaces and classrooms

Pantry Pro and Pantry Max workspace owners manage membership, administrator access, shared shelves, invite codes, and centralized billing. Teachers may use the same capacity through the My Classroom pathway. Invite codes should be shared only with intended members. Owners are responsible for removing people who should no longer have access.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse automated traffic, or use the tools for unlawful, regulated, security-critical, or deceptive activity.

Availability

We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that device-local data can be recovered.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the previous twelve months.
