How this tool works
The alarm compares the selected local clock time with the device clock and triggers the visible and audible alert when that time is reached.
Limits to know
The alarm depends on the browser, device clock, audio permission, power state, and tab scheduling. Background throttling, sleep, muted audio, or battery-saving restrictions can delay or suppress an alert, so it must not be used as a safety-critical alarm.
