How this tool works
The wheel removes blank duplicate entries and uses a Web Crypto random integer with rejection sampling to select one eligible array index; the repeat setting controls whether selected entries remain eligible.
Assumptions
Blank and duplicate lines are removed. Each visible wheel segment represents one eligible unique entry, and the visual landing angle is derived from the same selected array index.
Limits to know
The wheel is a low-stakes selector. Segment size and landing position represent equal eligible entries, but animation is presentation rather than physical randomness; do not use it for regulated drawings or decisions requiring an audit trail.
